F-16 Fighting Falcon
El F-16 Falcon es un caza ligero monomotor de combate aire-aire, fabricado por la firma estadounidense General Dynamics. Alcanza velocidades de Mach 2 y está diseñado para llevar hasta 9.726 kg de armamento. El F-16 fue en principio un prototipo de avión de combate ligero, pero tuvo tanto éxito que la USAF y otras fuerzas aéreas lo adquirieron en grandes cantidades. Actualmente es fabricado por Lockheed Martin Corp. Cuenta con un motor Pratt and Whitney F100-PW-200/220/229, o bien con un General Electric F110-GE-100/129.
